Cyrus Mortazavi
Long-time Texas resident Cyrus Mortazavi is the cartoonist behind the comic strip, OFF CAMPUS. After a two-year run in the student newspaper for The University of Texas at Austin, OFF CAMPUS moved to the web, where it currently updates thrice weekly.
